Most Wanted

ATCHOOAY Aaron Elliot

DOB: 1988 Dec 28
Native male, 5'10", 165 lbs
Tattoos: skull with crown of leaves "Dreams of Being Rich and Famous"; microphone with cassette tape and musical notes on left forearm; "Taye" right forearm; skull with prison bars left forearm.

ATCHOOAY is serving a 3 year 2 month sentence for break & enter; assault with a weapon; assault; forcible confinement; utter threats; and possession of a weapon. He was released on Statutory Release on November 25, 2011 and was required to reside at an Edmonton halfway house. On February 2, 2012, ATCHOOAY fled from the halfway house and his whereabouts are not known. There is a Canada wide warrant for his arrest. ATCHOOAY has previous convictions for violence and weapons related offences. He should be considered armed and dangerous. If located do not approach, call police.

BELLEROSE Terry Lee

BELLEROSE, Terry/Lee

BELLEROSE is serving a 3 year sentence for Break and Enter, Possession of a Weapon Contrary to a Prohibition Order and Disguise with Intent. BELLEROSE has a criminal history dating back to 2003 for the following offences: Possession of Stolen Property X 5, Fail to Appear, Obstruct a Peace Officer, Unlawfully in a Dwelling House, Unlawfully at Large, Criminal Flight, Theft X 3, Break and Enter, Take Motor Vehicle without Owners Consent, Mischief, Utter Threats and Robbery.

BELLEROSE was released on Statutory Release on September 21, 2011, however, a Canada wide Apprehension and Suspension warrant was issued for his arrest on November 2, 2011 when BELLEROSE lost contact with his Parole Officer. His current whereabouts are not known.

JENSEN Eric Sinclair

Eric Jensen was charged in October 2011 with extortion, arson and mischief related offences. He was released in November on a Recognizance Order stating that he must keep corrections appraised of his address and whereabouts. He recently has been found to be breaching the conditions of his release and subsequently warrants have been issued for his arrest. Jensen is believed to frequent the west end of Edmonton and may have ties to Mexico.

JONES was released on August 30, 2011 on Statutory Release in order to serve the remainder of his 2 year and 6 month sentence in the community. On October 19, 2011 a Canada Wide Warrant was issued by Correctional Services of Canada after he was found breaching one of his conditions. JONES sentence is for Dangerous Operation of a MV, Criminal Flight, and Possession of a Scheduled Substance. JONES current whereabouts is unknown.

MAKOKIS Ronald Mack

Ronald MAKOSIS has been criminally active in Edmonton since at least March 2011. Since then he has racked up charges for fraud and for obstructing police. MAKOKIS was out on a recognizance in relation to these charges, however he breached many of the conditions including failing to show for his court date. Subsequently he is currently wanted on 9 warrants in Alberta and Police are attempting to locate him.

MAKOKIS also has warrants for several other serious charges in Nova Scotia including, assault with a weapon, assault, possession of a prohibited weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of a dangerous weapon. If you know where MAKOKIS may be, please contact Crime Stoppers.

MANYBEARS Clark Eugene

MANYBEARS is serving a 6 year sentence for robbery with a firearm; carry concealed weapon, uttering death threats and fail to attend court. He was released on Statutory Release on January 18, 2011 and was required to reside at an Edmonton halfway house. On January 23, 2012, MANYBEARS fled the halfway house. His whereabouts are not known. There is a Canada wide warrant for his arrest. MANYBEARS has an extensive criminal record with over 30 previous convictions. Most of his convictions are for violence and weapons related offences. MANYBEARS should be considered armed and dangerous. If located, do not approach. Call police.

NANOOCH Andre Lars

Age: 24
6’1”, 170 lbs.

NANOOCH was sentenced to 6 years and 3 months for Aggravated Assault X 2 and Assault B.H.

NANOOCH was released on Statutory Release on January 22, 2012 with an Apprehension and Suspension warrant being issued for his arrest on February 6, 2012 when he walked away from the half way house he was to reside in.

NANOOCH violated his parole and a Canada-wide warrant for being unlawfully at large has been issued.

NIPPI Shawn Warren

NIPPI is currently serving a 2 year 3 month sentence for Aggravated Assault, Assault Peace Officer and Fail to Comply with Court Order. He was released to a half way house on  January 12, 2012, however, a Canada wide Apprehension and Suspension warrant was issued for NIPPI’s arrest the same day after he walked away from the half way house without permission. NIPPI has lost all contact with authorities and his whereabouts are unknown. NIPPI has an extensive criminal record dating back to 1996 involving various crimes, extensive property related offences, as well as offences related to violence.

STRUTH Colin Curtis

STRUTH, Colin/Curtis

Caucasian, 6ft tall, 190lbs,  blue eyes, brown hair

STRUTH is currently serving a 6 year sentence for Kidnapping – Unlawful Confinement involving a firearm. He was released to a half way house in Vancouver, B.C. on  May 14, 2010, however, walked away from the half way house on  November 29 2011, at which time a Canada wide Apprehension and Suspension warrant was issued for STRUTH’s arrest. STRUTH has lost all contact with authorities and his whereabouts are currently unknown. It is believed that STRUTH may have made his way to Edmonton. STRUTH has an extensive criminal record dating back to 1991 with a history of extreme violence.

Downtown Division

Break & Enter & Assault with a Weapon - 111 Street & 100 Avenue

On December 14, 2011 just before 9:00 pm, the depicted male suspect was observed wandering the hospital floors by nursing staff. A security guard observed the male leave the building with a blue bag,  then crossing the street and retrieving three more bags out of a bush. The security guard approached the male and he dropped three of the four bags and tried walking away. Security continued to try to identify the male, however, the male dropped the fourth bag and then bear sprayed the security guard in the face before fleeing the area on foot.

Theft Under - 101 Street and Princess Elizabeth Avenue

On December 20, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., the depicted vehicle pulled up to a gas pump in the area of 101 Street and Princess Elizabeth Avenue.  The depicted male suspect exited the driver's side door and pumped approximately $80 worth of gas into his vehicle.  He subsequently left without paying.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, 6'2", 180-190 lbs., goatee, early 30's, and short, straight, slightly receding brown hair.

Theft Under - 102 Avenue and 102 Street

On July 22, 2011, the male suspect entered a department store located at 102 Street and 102 Avenue and selected an armful of men's underwear and fled. He was pursued by security, but was not caught.

Theft Under - 113 Street and Jasper Avenue

The suspect first entered the store shortly after 11:00 p.m., selected two cases of beer, but could not produce identification. The suspect then exited the store empty handed. Moments later, the suspect re-entered and produced someone else's driver's licence. Again the suspect was rejected and left the store empty handed. At 11:30 p/m., the suspect re-entered the store and insisted he had his own ID as he walked to the back beer cooler. The suspect selected two 15 pack cases of beer. As the SU approached the cashier, he made a last minute turn and ran out the door with out paying. The suspect then ran west across the front of the building and headed north in to the alley (west of 113 St). Two males associates (a heavy native male and a thin black male) followed the suspect and picked up some beers that tore through one of the beer cases.

The suspect is described as a native male, 20 years old, with a noticeably broken/crocked nose, short brown hair and wearing a grey baseball cap backwards, a black T-shirt with a sparkling cannabis leaf on the chest and rib cage, and jeans.

Theft Under - 108 Street & 102 Avenue

The suspect entered the store and walked to the pre-package sandwich display and selected two submarine sandwiches. The suspect attempted to exit through the South doors, however they were locked so he quickly exited through the North doors.

South East Division

Theft of Saxophone - 28 Avenue & 92 Street

On February 4, 2012, the depicted suspect entered a music store and selected a saxophone from a wall display and hide it in his clothes prior to leaving the store.

Robbery

Armed Robbery - Convenience Store - 68 Avenue & 83 Street

Male wearing a grey hoody, plaid jacket, jeans enter a convenience store in the area of 68 Avenue and 83 Street. The male demanded cash from the till stating it was a robbery.  The male left with an undisclosed amount of money. The complainant was not hurt.

The depicted suspect is described as Caucasian, 5"10" - 6', short/medium brown hair, sideburns and approximately 25-28 years old.

Armed Robbery - Grocery Store - 82 Avenue & 83 Street

At 8:30 pm on November 23, 2011 a Black male entered a grocery store in the area of 82 Avenue and 83 Street. The male walked up to the cashier, produced a hold up note threatening the cashier and demanded money. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of cash and left the store.

The male is described as 6', 160 lbs., mid 20's, short black hair, wearing a black ball cap, black leather jacket over a black hoodie, grey sweat pants, and dark shoes and gloves.
