The Edmonton Police Service Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help in locating missing person Kate Carol SIEBEN of Edmonton.
She was 21-years-old when she was reported missing, and was last seen in Edmonton on November 4, 2006.
She is described as a white female, 5'7, 166lbs, Brown eyes and Brown hair.
