Payment Information

1. Outstanding fees typically include towing, storage and administration costs.
2. Fees may be paid using cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
3. Current towing fees may change without notice, to confirm fees on a specific vehicle please contact the Seized Vehicle Section at (780) 496-8668. Where information provided below differs from official rates available at the lot, the official rates will apply.
4. Additional towing fees may apply in some circumstances. Other towing fees for oversize vehicles, RV's and trucks may apply.
5. Storage fees will be applied to vehicles each calendar day starting with the day of arrival. The daily storage rate is $28.00 per day + GST.

Unlock Vehicle in Conjunction with Tow	Tow + $20.00
Unlock Vehicle - No Other Service	$60.00

The owner of the vehicle may claim personal property contained in vehicle (not attached to the vehicle in any way) at no charge. Owners/agents are allowed 15 minutes on the lot to remove property, additional time will only be granted if time permits. Note: due to heavy customer volume vehicle content retrieval cannot be accommodated during the hours of 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
