Police investigating suspicious deaths in southwest neighbourhood

On Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at approximately 2:00 p.m., police were dispatched to a suspicious deaths occurrence at a residence in the area of 49 Avenue and 213 Street.

Due to the initial observations on scene by Southwest Division patrol officers, the Homicide Section was called-out to continue with the investigation, and the two deaths are being treated as suspicious.

As it is early on in this investigation, police have yet to positively identify either individual, and efforts are underway to notify any next of kin.

An autopsy has yet to be scheduled.
