Delores WHITEMAN

Delores “Lolly” Marie Whiteman was born on the Standing Buffalo Dakota First Nation in Saskatchewan. Her family members have not seen or heard from her since the late 1970s and her last known whereabouts was in the Vancouver area. Some family members recalled hearing rumours that Delores left to Vancouver, Toronto, or the Northwest Territories. Other family remembered that she told them she was with a man and was visiting “from California.” One other relative has consistently stated he remembers hearing that she went to the Seattle area. This photo was taken in 1961 when she attended the Lebret Indian Residential School.

Delores had the following tattoos and birthmarks:

Roxanne FLEMING

Description: Dark brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoo of a rose and a stem at an unknown location. Roxanne Fleming has not been seen since 1986. She was last believed to be in Edmonton. Around the time of last contact, she spent time in Lillooet, BC, Kamloops, BC, Vancouver, BC, Red Deer, AB, and Edmonton, AB. The circumstances of her disappearance are unknown.

Alexander CALDER

Description: Metis male with grey hair. Alexander was a transient that usually stayed around the shelter area of 96 Street in Edmonton. He was known to sleep in the river valley and in dumpsters. Alexander was a chronic alcoholic who was also had a mental delay making him almost nonverbal. He was last seen by shelter workers in August of 1981.

Gayebrella KING

Description: Blonde Hair, blue eyes. On May 8th, 1980 Gayebrella was reported missing by her son. She was last seen in August 31, 1978.

Unidentified Human Remains

Description: He had reddish curly hair and a beard. Top dentures, no teeth on bottom, but likely had bottom dentures as well. On May 13, 1980 the body of an unidentified man was recovered from the North Saskatchewan River in Edmonton. The male was wearing a grey coloured pin striped jacket and vest with a white shirt and undershirt.

George was last seen by family leaving his residence for work in Edmonton, in November of 1988. George has not been heard from since.

Dale was last seen by family leaving their family residence in Edmonton in August of 1987, meeting with family in Gibbons later that afternoon. Dale’s family has not seen or heard from him since.

Tony was last seen in November of 1983 leaving his place of employment in Drayton Valley. Tony's vehicle was later located in Calgary, where it is believed he was travelling to seek employment.

Warren was reported missing by family in June of 1983. Additional information was received, suggesting Warren had been seen in Port Colbourne, Ontario after being reported missing two and a half years later.

Edward, who was also known as Ted, was last seen by family in February of 1983. Further information indicated Edward was possibly travelling to Vancouver.
