Police seek witnesses to Jan. 10 hit-and-run collision

EPS Major Collision Investigations Section (MCIS) is looking for witnesses to a Jan. 10, 2022 hit-and-run collision, which sent the elderly driver of a Subaru to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

It was reported to police that on Monday, Jan. 10, 2022, between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., a white five-tone cube truck was travelling eastbound on 128 Avenue when it collided with a Subaru Impreza that was travelling southbound on 149 Street.

The truck subsequently fled the scene eastbound on 128 Avenue. The 83-year-old driver of the Subaru was transported to hospital by EMS with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Anyone that may have witnessed this collision or who may have dashcam video of this Jan. 10th incident is asked to contact the EPS
