Investigators charge 24-year-old male with second-degree murder

The Edmonton Police Service has charged a 24-year-old man in connection to the Nov. 28, 2019 death of Douglas Charles Albert Crossman.

West Division patrol officers responded to a 911 call for assistance at an apartment building near 154 Street and 84 Avenue late Thursday afternoon.

Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of 22-year-old Douglas Crossman inside the apartment building.


Brayden Barclay, 24, of Edmonton, was arrested yesterday, Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019, and charged today, Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019, with one count of second-degree murder.

No further details are being released at this time for investigative purposes.
