Anne Clifford has been a registered psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists for 9 years. She has focused her work on helping people navigate through stress, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions and PTSD. She also has several years of experience providing specialized assessment and treatment to first responders including police, paramedics, active military, and veterans.
Her primary counselling modalities include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Gottman Therapy.
