Brittany Thaxter, Registered Psychologist

Dr. Brittany Thaxter is a Registered Psychologist who supports individuals working through a wide range of concerns — from significant trauma and long-term stress to the everyday challenges that can build up over time. She has worked with first responders and their families since 2022 and understands the unique pressures that can affect wellbeing both on and off the job.

Brittany’s approach is trauma-informed, steady, and collaborative. She integrates EMDR, somatic, attachment-based, and experiential therapies to help clients make sense of what they’re carrying and move toward greater clarity, connection, and resilience.
