Ellery Wu is a Registered Psychologist with over a decade of clinical experience in trauma-informed mental health care, including hospital, university, and staff-clinic settings. Prior to relocating to Alberta in 2024, she worked extensively in Hong Kong supporting clients facing acute stress, complex trauma, and occupational burnout—contexts that have informed her practice with high-performance, high-stakes professionals.

Her therapeutic approach integrates EMDR, Somatic Experiencing®, DBT, Schema Therapy, and CBT, chosen based on client presentation, trauma complexity, and occupational context. Ellery is especially experienced in working with culturally diverse populations, offering therapy in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
