Dr. Jill Turner

Dr. Jill Turner is a Registered Psychologist who offers treatment to adults and older teens in the areas of health challenges, grief and loss, depression, life transitions, and sexual health.  She specializes in working with individuals who work in high stress and complex work environments, such as EPS members, physicians, health care workers, and Canadian Armed Forces members, who have unique workplace stressors and work/life balance concerns.

For more than 20 years, Dr. Turner has provided psychological services to cancer patients and their family members at the Cross Cancer Institute.  Prior to the CCI, she worked at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, primarily with patients recovering from stroke.  Dr. Turner is also an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Palliative Medicine, Department of Oncology in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Alberta.  Sessions are offered both in-person or virtually (zoom).
