Hello! I am Dr. Mary Pudmoreff and I have been counselling individuals and couples in various settings and roles since 1990. 

I have been working in my own private practice in Sherwood Park since 2000.  Through a safe, collaborative relationship, I work with my clients to gain a deeper understanding of what changes are needed in their lives and to discover solutions that work for them. I work with individuals and couples regarding a wide range of issues (e.g., depression, anxiety, parenting concerns, relationship struggles, and self-esteem).  As well, recovery from trauma has been an area of special interest for me during most of my career and I often use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to assist clients as they heal from traumatic experiences. 

My Sherwood Park office is centrally located in a professional building and I am the only psychologist in the office so there is considerable privacy when attending appointments.
