Rashmani Chakrabarty

Rashmani Chakrabarty is a Registered Psychologist (College of Alberta Psychologists, #6290) and the Founder and Director of Midnight Sun Wellness. Through her clinical work, she has built specialized experience supporting Police Officers, Veterans Affairs Canada clients, RCMP members, Emergency Medical Personnel, and Firefighters navigating trauma, operational stress, and PTSD. She holds advanced training in EMDR (including RTEP, STEP, and GTEP protocols), CBT and DBT Skills, Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches. Whether you are navigating the aftermath of a critical incident, managing the slow accumulation of years on the job, struggling with relationships or family, or simply carrying something you’d never been able to put into works - Rashmani provides a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space for EPS members and their families dealing with critical incident stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic pain, and relationship challenges.
