Vanessa Iceton is a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience supporting youth (16+), adults, seniors, couples, and groups. She offers a compassionate, active, direct and evidence-based approach tailored to each client’s needs including CBT, EMDR, and ART. She is also a certified Grief Recovery Specialist, providing structured support for those experiencing grief and loss, as well as trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She specializes in a wide variety of mental health illnesses such as ADHD, PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem issues and more. Vanessa’s background working with Indigenous communities and the LGBTQ2S+ population has shaped her culturally sensitive practice, ensuring a respectful and inclusive space for all.
