On November 27, 2002 around 8:30 a.m. the body of Roy RICHARDS was located near 96 Street and 106A Avenue.

Roy had severe head trauma and was obviously deceased at the time he was located.  Investigations led Police to a rooming house near 95 Street and 106A Avenue.  

The autopsy showed that Roy was savagely beaten to death.  No suspects have been identified and no witnesses have been located.
