On the April 23, 2013, shortly after 9:00 p.m., Artur UGODNIKOV has just exited entrance #6, on the upper parking level of Londonderry Mall.

While walking towards his vehicle, Artur UGODNIKOV was shot several times by two suspects. Following the shooting, the suspects fled on foot in a westbound direction from the shopping centre.
