On February 15, 2010 police responded to a report of gunshots being fired in the area of 105 Street and 100 Avenue.
Upon arrival, Justin SULLIVAN was located deceased in his vehicle and a second male was located injured on the sidewalk.
Cause of death and injury were determined to be criminal in nature.
Police continue to investigate and charges have not yet been laid.
