Dexter is an Aboriginal male, with brown hair and brown eyes and is known to have a moustache. Dexter also has a number of tattoos including tattoos on both his hands, a noticeable “tear drop” under his right eye and a buffalo skull with the name “Stella" on the right side of his neck.
Dexter was last seen by family in 2004 and reported missing to police in 2012 after he had not been heard from in a number of years.
