MANGEYA was last seen on July 13, 2023, at 0152hrs. At the time of last sighting, he departed the University of Alberta Emergency room in an unknown direction and was not seen by anyone familiar to him.

Last seen wearing a red t-shirt, light blue jeans with a hole in the left knee, white shoes, hospital bracelet on the left wrist.
