On April 24, 2025, at 11 p.m. police responded to a commercial robbery at a grocery store in the area of 51 Street and Mullen Rd.  It was reported that a security guard at the store had been bear sprayed after confronting a suspect for reportedly shoplifting. The suspect fled in a vehicle prior to police arrival and was not located. Police continue to investigate.
