On April 27, 2025, at approximately 10:30 p.m., police responded to the area of 16 Avenue and 19 Street where a group of 10-15 individuals reportedly began an alcohol fueled attack on one another. There were several makeshift weapons brandished and used during the altercation, resulting in at least six people going to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  Police continue to investigate.
