On Aug. 18, 2025, at 5:54 a.m., police received a report of an intoxicated driver who drove his vehicle into the side wall barrier on Yellowhead Trail at Fort Road. The vehicle reportedly suffered a blown-out tire, and the driver was passed out.  On arrival, police made sure the vehicle could not flee, woke the driver and arrested him without issue. Police continue to investigate.
