Police seek video, witnesses after man was struck in a hit-and-run collision in northwest Edmonton

On Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025, at approximately 1:15 p.m., a 43-year-old male was was struck by a vehicle while standing by his work truck in the area of 85 Street, north of 129 Avenue

The injured man was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. It was reported to police that a small red car with a female driver may have been involved.

Officers are asking any drivers with dash cam footage or area businesses with CCTV footage that was active between 1:10 p.m.-1:20 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025, to please contact police. Likewise, police are asking members of the public who may have witnessed the collision or observed a vehicle matching the description in the area to please come forward to police.
