On Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025, around 7:45 p.m. surveillance video captured a suspect arriving at a townhouse complex in the area of Watt Blvd and 12 Avenue in what appeared to be a white hatchback vehicle. The suspect then approached the building before firing several shots towards one of the units.

While police believe the shooting was targeted, the wrong townhouse was hit. Thankfully no one was injured in this incident.
