The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is asking the public to help identify two suspects who broke into a business and set it on fire in the summer.

On Thursday, August 20, 2026, at approximately 4:30 a.m. two suspects broke into a restaurant near 124 Street and 167 Avenue. One of the suspects used an axe to smash the front entrance glass to gain access. Once inside, a second suspect brought in a jerry can, which the pair then ignited.

The pair were captured on security cameras, and investigators are asking anyone who recognizes either or both of the suspects to come forward to police.
