“The Bolo Program is a valued partner in supporting police services with the resources to offer these incentives for tipsters to come forward,” says Acting Inspector Colin Leathem, with EPS Major Crimes Branch. “And now that Osman is wanted for first degree murder in two separate homicides, we are pleased to see that this $50,000 reward has been re-activated.”
“As long as you evade arrest, we will never stop looking for you, Mr. Osman. Sooner or later, you will be apprehended,” said Bolo Program Executive Director Maxime Langlois.
