On June 18th, 2025, police executed multiple search warrants throughout Edmonton in relation to this investigation. Officers seized numerous items, including prohibited firearms and explosive devices.  Follow-up investigations revealed that the firearm used in the March 11, 2025, shooting was smuggled into Canada illegally from California and was used in another unrelated home invasion in Edmonton on March 13, 2025.

Kamil Issa, 52, Arkadiusz Prokopczyk, 51, Shannon Kerr, 42, Brandon Regamey, 29, Courtney Lemke, 38, Marc Lemke, 43, Robin Dixon, 27, have been charged with a combined total of 52 offences, including intimidation and extortion, harassment, arson, possession of explosive substance, and numerous firearms-related offences.

“While we believe these incidents were targeted, the seriousness of the offences posed a significant threat to public safety. This investigation was lengthy and complex and held to our priority of ensuring accountability for those responsible,” says Acting Inspector David Graham of the EPS Organized Crime Branch.
