Police seek assistance identifying suspect in vape store robbery

The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking the public’s assistance identifying a suspect, following a robbery at a vape store in central Edmonton.

On May 5, 2026, at around 9 p.m. it was reported to police that a male suspect entered a vape store in the area of Kingsway Avenue and 105 Street. The male suspect produced a can of bear spray before filling a bag with approximately $2,000 of vape products and fleeing on foot. Thankfully, no store employees or patrons were injured during this incident.

Police are asking members of the public to help identify the suspect. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and ball cap with black sunglasses, grey Lacoste-branded sweatpants and white loafers, as pictured below. The male suspect is described as between 5’8” and 5’10”, has a medium build and is between 180 and 200 lbs. He has a shaved bald head and brown facial hair.
