The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) has charged a male tattoo artist with sexual assault.

On Apr. 18, 2026, Iskotew Gladu, 40, was arrested and charged with five counts of sexual assault.

Gladu was released with conditions including:

  • Not to have contact with the complainants
  • Not to be in possession of a weapon of any kind
  • If he continues to be employed as a tattoo artist, he is not permitted to provide services to any client alone

Gladu
is known to have provided services at two tattoo businesses in north and central Edmonton, including near 118 Avenue and St. Albert Trail and Kingsway Mall.
