Police seek public's assistance locating wanted man and missing youth

The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted 30-year-old man and his missing 12-year-old son. 

Noah Rowan, 30, and Liam Ross-Rowan, 12 were recently seen at a hotel in the area of 38 Avenue and Gateway Boulevard.

Noah Rowan is described as a 30-year-old male who stands approximately 5’10” tall and weighs 185 lbs. He has long brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted on warrants for aggravated assault and additional charges.

Missing man: Noah Rowan, 30

Liam Ross-Rowan is described as a 12-year-old male who stands between 5’3” and 5’5” tall and weighs 140 lbs. He has dark blonde hair with blue eyes and fair skin.

The father and son have ties to Maskwacis and Eastern Alberta.

Police and family have identified that Noah Rowan has mental health concerns that may pose a risk to the safety of his son.

Noah Rowan has been known to carry weapons, and should not be approached. Anyone who has seen Noah or Liam or knows of their whereabouts is asked to contact the EPS immediately at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.
