The Chief’s Community Council (CCC) is made up of members who represent various communities in Edmonton.
The purpose of CCC is to advise and give guidance to Edmonton Police Service (EPS).
Members will contribute to:
- Representing community voices.
- Strengthening engagement and communication between EPS and their communities.
- Recommending improvements on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI).
Time Commitment:
- A two-year term beginning January 2026, with potential for renewal up to 4 years.
- Attendance at four scheduled meetings per year and opportunity to attend two learning symposiums annually.
- Approximately 2-5 volunteer hours a quarter.
