The Youth Advisory Council will offer advice and recommendations to the Edmonton Police Service (EPS), led by young people from different communities across the city. By sharing their voices and lived experiences, members will help shape how EPS connects with youth. You will give perspectives on current EPS youth specific strategies, policies, planning, services. Ensuring that EPS is inclusive, and responsive to youth within Edmonton. The Council will use members’ knowledge and experiences to make sure youth perspectives are genuinely included in decision‑making. Members will help guide how EPS engages with young people in ways that feel real, respectful, and meaningful. They will also provide input on policies, practices, and future initiatives to ensure they are safe, inclusive, and supportive of youth across the city.
